Our support agreements are designed to give customers piece of mind knowing that we will be available in a timely manner when they need our assistance.

The pricing is per 5 users, or server. You can engage us just to manage particular systems if you wish - for example, you have your own windows administrator, but need assistance managing a Linux system.

Silver Contract $150/month

Gold Contract $275/month

Platinum Contract $400/month

In addition, custom support agreements can be devised, starting with the above as a base, which include fixed price management (the management of your whole environment for a fixed monthly fee). Please send us an enquiry if you would like more information.

Our support and consulting service is billed in arrears at the end of each month. There is no callout charge during normal business hours (8:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri) for non emergency work but travel is billed for. We encourage all customers to sign up for a support contract. As well as access to cheaper hourly rates it also gives guaranteed response times for faults giving you peace of mind that when you need help it is only a phone call away.
