Our support agreements are designed to give customers piece of mind knowing that we will be available in a timely manner when they need our assistance.
The pricing is per 5 users, or server. You can engage us just to manage particular systems if you wish - for example, you have your own windows administrator, but need assistance managing a Linux system.
Silver Contract $150/month
- Guaranteed 4 business hours by phone, 8 business hours onsite response time for serious faults. Best efforts after hours.
- Callout fee $350 for all after hours faults requiring site visit. $150 callout fee for after hours faults that can be fixed over the phone.

- Anti-virus/anti-spam email scanning included
- All work billed at discount rate based on experience
Gold Contract $275/month
- Guaranteed 2 business hour by phone, 4 business hour onsite response time for serious faults. Best efforts after hours.
- Callout fee $200 for after hours faults requiring site visit. $50 after hours faults which can be fixed over the phone.
- Best efforts new work.
- Anti-virus/anti-spam email scanning included.
- All work billed at discount rate based on experience.
Platinum Contract $400/month
- Guaranteed 1 business hour response by phone, 2 business hour onsite response time during business hours.
- Guaranteed 2 hour response by phone, 4 hour onsite response time out of hours.
- No callout fee for out of hours work.
- Guaranteed priority for new work.
- Anti-virus/anti-spam email scanning included.
- All work billed at our lowest discount rate.
Our support and consulting service is billed in arrears at the end of each month. There is no callout charge during normal business hours (8:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri) for non emergency work but travel is billed for. We encourage all customers to sign up for a support contract. As well as access to cheaper hourly rates it also gives guaranteed response times for faults giving you peace of mind that when you need help it is only a phone call away.
